| I would like to express my deepest apologies to Kyle and to Mark at SGP regarding my posts about the labor charges to install my high-flow cats. I thought the labor charges were only for the installation of the cats when in fact they also installed a brake kit. I had it in my mind that I had paid for those services separately but I was completely wrong. I called SGP today and asked for a record of all invoiced issued to me and there was not a separate invoice for the brake kit install. In my last post I wanted to express my gratitude to Mark for correcting the situation, but the post also made an implication that Kyle purposely overcharged me. I have apologized to Kyle and I’m deeply embarrassed about this entire situation. Kyle and SGP both provided me with excellent service, and I even posted about that service in the past. I’ve evidently lost my mind. I also want to apologize to the forum members (Kenny, Joe(NoVa), et al.) for my arrogance in the thread and for my attitude towards the people that were trying to correct me. I’m also embarrassed that others used my mistake to further their agendas. I'm grateful to the people that understand that I was not being purposely malicious, but that I was terribly mistaken. I hope that everyone will accept my apology, but I feel especially terrible for assuming the worst about Kyle and SGP when I was provided with the best service possible by both of them. When I realized my terrible mistake, I insisted that SGP bill me for the installation of the test pipes. They reluctantly did so, but I felt it was only right I pay for the labor they provided at no charge. It’s my hope to minimize the damage I might have done to either of their reputations. Unfortunately I know people will try to use my previous post in their agendas, so I wish I could take it back. Kyle, I feel terrible and I want you to know I appreciate your professionalism in responding to me. You were understandably upset at the false implication and IMO you have been completely gracious in your replies. If you feel there’s anything else I can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
